The Maryland Subdivision is located just off the Pleasant Grove Rd. approximately 10km from Charlottetown in an excellent school district (L.M. Montgomery Elementary) and just minutes from the National Park, Stanhope Golf Course, Jewels Country Gardens and Veseys Flowers.

Maryland subdivision currently has over 40 homes and has been growing steadily each year. We are currently building on Maggie Lane and have many nice lots left. Each lot is approximately 1 acre or larger. We typically build split-entry style homes in the subdivision because of the amount of usable space they offer for the price. Our houses are typically all sold as turn key, we install the decks, pave the driveway and landscape the yard. You are given the opportunity to pick from several floor plans, choose your flooring, kitchen style, paint colors, siding colors, stairs/ballusters and interior/exterior lighting.
